The Executive Vice President of Development has complete responsibility for the implementation of hotel and office development projects from design team selection and coordination to building construction completion and turn over to the asset management/property management group.

Miller Global Properties, LLC, is a partnership between Miller Properties Group and Global Holdings, Inc. Since its inception in 1996, the company has been involved in more than 80 properties representing over $2.5 billion of asset value comprising 11 million square feet of office space and 3,300 hotel rooms. Offices are located in Denver, New York and London.

Miller Global is also involved in mixed-use properties and real estate operating companies. During the past six years, Miller Global has invested more than $600 million of equity in real estate.
